Pontarelli & Company formerly known as Pontarelli Realty Company, was
founded by Ross A. Pontarelli over 30 years ago on Chicago's Northwest
Side.

Now, our team currently brings together more than 100 years of experience in the marketing, lease, sale, acquisition and development of real estate. The value in our approach to real estate stems from the fact that we do not want to just list and sell property; we want to explore possibilities. Our company will bring the best possible opportunity to fruition in concert with your own goals and objectives. We intend to effect the results that you require for your property by acting in accordance with a planned approach as well as providing post-contract coordination of outside participants such as attorneys, lenders, environmental consultants, title companies, and land surveyors with you the owner in order to effectively consummate the transaction.
